Hello, I’m Joanne Armour, the owner of Kintyre Apartments.

Originally from Berwick-upon-Tweed, I moved to Scotland over 20 years ago. Having spent the majority of my career working in hotels, I took the leap into self-catering in 2015 — and I’ve loved every minute of it.
I have a real love for both Ayr and Berwick-upon-Tweed, although I often wish they were just a little closer to one another! Both make wonderful bases , whether you’re discovering the beautiful coastline and countryside of Ayrshire or the history and hidden gems of Northumberland.

I’ve designed the apartments to feel homely, comfortable and welcoming, and I hope you’ll feel completely at ease during your stay. If there’s anything we could do to make your stay even better, we’d genuinely love to hear from you.Â
